As part of continuous engagement with Iran NDA, the GCF will have a country specific webinar to strengthen the understanding of Iran Government and national partners in developing bankable project proposals - as they are currently preparing concept notes for several projects in the pipelines. Representatives from Iran NDA office, key ministries and partners will attend this webinar on 18 and 19 July 2023. The session will include a series of technical sessions targeting specific topics including:
- Theory of change (TOC) development
- Concept note development.
- Project preparation facility (PPF)
- Simplified approval process (SAP)
The webinar is also expected to increase Iran NDA capacity to guide relevant stakeholders in accessing GCF technical support to develop bankable project proposals, as well as to strengthen the capacity of key partners in developing high quality concept note with strong TOC. The participants will also better understand accessing and utilizing SAP and PPF.
The webinar will be conducted in English with live interpretation in Persian and will be held at the following times:
