B.12/16: Work Plan of the Board: Matters outstanding from previous Board meetings: Proposal from the Co‐Chairs

The Board,

1. Decides to review the gender policy and gender action plan at its fifteenth meeting, which will be held in December 2016; and
2. Requests the Secretariat to provide the draft terms of reference of the review for consideration by the Board at its thirteenth meeting.
