B.13/35: Risk and investment policies: Report on the proposed revision of the risk register

The Board, having reviewed document GCF/B.13/29 titled “Report on the proposed revision of the risk register”:

1. Notes that the Risk Management Committee reviewed the proposed revision of the risk register and concluded that the revision was reasonable; and
2. Decides that the risk register will be updated as frequently as the Risk Management Committee deems necessary, but no less frequently than once every three years.
