B.13/39: Date of the following meeting of the Board

The Board, having reviewed document GCF/B.13/31 titled “Date and venue of the following meeting of the Board”,

1. Affirms that the fourteenth meeting of the Board will take place from Tuesday, 18 October 2016, to Thursday, 20 October 2016;
2. Decides that the fourteenth meeting of the Board will take place in Quito, Ecuador, as suggested by the host country; and
3. Requests the Secretariat to continue its consultations with Ecuador with a view to concluding the required legal agreement and to making the necessary arrangements.
