This administrative instruction on Corporate Procurement (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrative Instruction") sets out the rules and procedures that GCF shall follow for the procurement of Goods, Services and Works (as those terms are defined in Annex 1 to this Administrative Instruction).

The purpose of this Administrative Instruction is to provide a mechanism and basis for the conduct of all corporate procurement at GCF. In this regard, all procurement decisions will be governed by the objectives and guiding principles of GCF in combating climate change as set out in the Governing Instrument.
