Bureau Central de Coordination (BCECO) is under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance. BCECO is an implementing agency of the projects on the behalf of the Government through grants received from partners. BCECO’s manuals have been acceptable during the FMCA process, which made it eligible to become adelivery partner and potential accredited entity. However, the accreditation process goes beyond financial management capacity. BCECO self-assessment and GCF comments on the Stage I (version 1&2) demonstrated the necessity to overcome existing weaknesses and gaps. This readiness request will help to fill weaknesses revealed through the accreditation process.
