Direct Financing for Communities and Businesses to Respond to Climate Change in the Cook Islands
This Activity will update and strengthen the existing version of the prefeasibility study. Particularly focusing on strengthen the climate rationale based on most recent, relevant and available data, baseline assessment of the barriers and project activities, as well as the technical and financial assessment of the options proposed inherent with the project design. The activity will also address the comments and issues raised in the PRTP Review Round 1 document and detail the methodology and assumptions used in calculating the number of people that are expected to directly and indirectly benefit from the project which will adhere to GCF policies and processes and contribute to estimating the projects impact potential. The Activity will ensure that PRTP reviews is thoroughly addressed andincorporated into the updated version of the prefeasibility study, relevant annexes and the Full Funding Proposal Document.
