This document presents relevant environmental and social safeguards (ESS) information about FP039: GCF-EBRD Egypt Renewable Energy Financing Framework, specifically for the sub-project "Red Sea Wind Energy (RSWE) 500 MW Wind Power Project". Project and programme funding proposals that have environmental or social impacts are required to provide these reports as annexes to the funding proposals.
