This document presents relevant environmental and social safeguards (ESS) information about the programme “Building Regional Resilience through Strengthened Meteorological, Hydrological and Climate Services in the Indian Ocean Commission (IOC) Member Countries (Hydromet Project)” submitted by the Agence Franҫaise de Développement. Project and programme funding proposals that have environmental or social impacts are required to provide these reports as annexes to the funding proposals.
