The request for Project Preparation support will enable the accredited entity, SPREP, to develop a comprehensive proposal to be submitted for GCF investment. GCF is being requested to procure a firm/relevant technical expertise to conduct feasibility studies; address environment and social safeguards requirements and gender requirements; risk monitoring and mitigation; the project indicators and relevant frameworks; project procurement and related documents; and the project budget and final draft proposal for submission to the GCF. The resources will be for the procurement of additional technical expertise to conduct feasibility studies, development of an ESMS/ESMF, GAP, risk management plan, project procurement plan and budget, and finalise the project proposal for submission to GCF as well as be available to respond to comments from GCF review.
