These additional rules of procedure of the Board are presented to the Board of the Green Climate Fund at its first meeting on 23‐25 August 2012, pursuant to paragraph 17 of the Governing Instrument for the Green Climate Fund1 (Governing Instrument) and supplement the procedural rules contained in the Governing Instrument. The rules that are drawn from the Governing Instrument are presented in this text in boxes with a reference to the appropriate paragraph of the Governing Instrument.
