This document sets out the Board’s work plan for the period until the end of 2013 (referred to hereinafter as “the work plan”). The work plan provides clarity and transparency about the timing of Board’s decisions on strategic and operational policies and procedures that are necessary to operationalize the Fund in a timely manner. In doing so, the Board will build on the provisions contained in the Governing Instrument for the Green Climate Fund and relevant guidance from the Conference of the Parties (COP).
