This document contains the financial report of the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund as at 30 September 2012, prepared by the Interim Trustee (The World Bank) (contained in Annex I) and the report on the status of resources carried over from the financial support provided to the work of the Transitional Committee for the design of the Green Climate Fund (Annex II).
