The purpose of this document is to present to the Board an assessment of country ownership in light of the relevant experience of existing international funds, to inform the Board’s considerations regarding the role of national coordination, national designated entities, national implementation and coherence of activities supported by the Fund with national development and national climate change frameworks. This document should be read in conjunction with the other five documents on the business model framework.
