In its decision B.09/10, the Board approved the terms of reference of the independent Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) and requested the Investment Committee (the Committee), with support from the Secretariat and as soon as is possible, to nominate six experts as members of the TAP for endorsement by the Board. This document briefly describes the recruitment process for these experts and presents the nominated candidates for Board endorsement.
