This addendum contains the following three parts:

• A funding proposal summary titled “Responding to the increasing risk of drought: building gender-responsive resilience of the most vulnerable communities”;
• No-objection letters issued by the national designated authority(ies) or focal point(s); and
• Environmental and social report(s)disclosure;
