This addendum contains the following three parts:

• A funding proposal summary titled “Integrated physical adaptation and community resilience through an enhanced direct access pilot in the public, private, and civil society sectors of three Eastern Caribbean small island developing states”;
• No-objection letters issued by the national designated authority(ies) or focal point(s); and
• Environmental and social report(s) disclosure;
