The objective of this review, as set in its terms of reference, is: to evaluate the compliance with the GCF’s policies of the terms and conditions of the financial instruments extended in the framework of projects and programmes approved by the Board; and to propose for the Board’s consideration additions or adjustments to the adopted financial terms and conditions which should be consistent with GCF’s policies.
