This addendum contains the following three parts:

• A funding proposal summary titled “Green Cities Facility”;
• No-objection letter issued by the national designated authority(ies) or focal point(s); and
• Environmental and social report(s) disclosure;

The funding proposal package for FP086 was formerly submitted for the Board's consideration at its twentieth meeting and it is noted that the following changes have been made to:
