This report presents the findings and recommendations of the independent evaluation of the Readiness and Preparatory Support Programme (RPSP) of the Green Climate Fund (GCF). This follows decision B.17/07 in which the Board invited the Independent Evaluation Unit (IEU) to undertake an independent evaluation of the RPSP as per the Terms of Reference (TOR) of the evaluation (decision B.19/43).
