This addendum contains the following four components:

• A restructuring paper for FP015 “Tuvalu Coastal Adaptation Project (TCAP)”;
• A no-objection letter issued by the national designated authority(ies) or focal point(s) for the project in the restructuring paper;
• A revised implementation plan; and
• An updated Secretariat review of the restructuring paper.
