This document responds to the Board’s request under decision B.24/03 to present a final draft of the updated Strategic Plan for 2020-23 for the Board’s consideration at its twenty fifth meeting (B.25).

This builds on the previous draft set out in document GCF/B.24/Inf.01, taking into account views expressed by Board members, including at B.24 and the Informal meeting of the Board held in Monrovia, Liberia from 5-7 February 2020, recommendations from the first Forward- Looking Performance Review of the GCF (document GCF/B.23/20) and its management response (document GCF/B.24/10), recommendations from the Replenishment Summary Report (document GCF/B.24/11), matters which the Board has decided under its 2020-23 workplan to take up in its consideration of the updated Strategic Plan and numerous submissions received from stakeholders both prior to and following B.24.
