This report presents the findings and recommendations of the Independent Rapid Assessment of the Green Climate Fund’s Request for Proposals Modality. The Independent Evaluation Unit of the GCF conducted this assessment as part of its 2021 Work Plan, which was approved by the GCF Board at its twenty-seventh meeting in November 2020 (document GCF/B.27/11).
