At the request of the Co-Chairs, this document sets out information relating to:

1. The status of accreditation master agreements which cannot be signed as a consequence of the lack of RMC;
2. The draft policy to minimize the effect of currency fluctuation on the commitment authority of the Fund (the “Policy”) – the draft Policy is contained in Annex I; and
3. Matters relating to the foreign exchange commitment risk buffer in light of the requirements set out in the Funding Risk Policy adopted by the Board in decision B.19/04.
