This document presents the “Appointment of External Auditors for the Green Climate Fund for the year 2023”. Paragraph 70 of the Administrative policies of the Fund highlights that “the Ethics and Audit Committee, in consultation with the Executive Director, will make recommendations to the Board on the appointment of an External Auditor to audit the annual financial statements of the Fund and ascertain their accuracy, provide opinions and suggest improvements.” The document presents the outcome of the consultation between the Executive Director and the Ethics and Audit Committee on the Appointment of External Auditors for the year 2023.
