This report provides an update on the progress made with regard to the activities of the Independent Redress Mechanism (IRM). The reporting period is from 1 January 2024 to 30 April 2024. The document summarises the activities of the IRM based on the work plan and budget of the IRM for 2024 adopted by the Board at its thirty-seventh meeting.
