In the context of attracting climate finance, Suriname will need to build and manage a fruitful partnership with the Green Climate Fund (GCF). Currently, Suriname has little experience with the GCF but is desirous of building a stronger relationship with the Fund. The proposed GCF readiness project will support the country to achieve this objective.
