Mobilize GCF readiness support for the delivery of medium-term and programmatic capacity building targeting the Committee for Environmental Protection (CEP), and other national stakeholders, to, inter alia:

• Strengthening the role of the NDA to fulfil its role and ensure adequate dissemination of information on the GCF within the country.
• Enable the CEP to develop strategic priorities that are aligned with the interest of other national bodies and ensure a constructive dialogue between national stakeholders.
