This document presents relevant environmental and social safeguards (ESS) information about FP100: REDD-PLUS results-based payments for results achieved by Brazil in the Amazon biome in 2014 and 2015. Project and programme funding proposals that have environmental or social impacts are required to provide these reports as annexes to the funding proposals.

The accredited entity, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), informed the Secretariat of its disclosure of environmental and social safeguards information forFP100 REDD-PLUS results-based payments for results achieved by Brazil in the Amazon Biome in 2014 and 2015 as required under Board decision B.22/07, paragraph (b), Annex III. In addition, clause 8.02 of the Funded Activity Agreement states:

"(m) At least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the delivery of Floresta+ pilot programme incentives to the beneficiaries: (i) Disclose the relevant documentation related to ESS required by the GCF's Environmental and Social Policy and Information Disclosure Policy (the "Project Disclosure Package"); (ii) Make the Project Disclosure Package available on its website and in locations convenient to affected peoples; and (iii) Provide the Project Disclosure Package to the GCF Secretariat for further distribution to the Board and active observers and for posting on the GCF website."
