Project Completion Report for FP024: Enpower to Adapt: Creating Climate-Change Resilient Livelihoods through Community-Based Natural Resource Management (CBNRM) in Namibia
This Project/Programme Completion Report (PCR) or final Annual Performance Report is a guide to Accredited Entities (AEs) that have oversight of project/programmes funded by the Green Climate Fund (GCF). The PCR or final APR is required to be delivered in accordance with the relevant Funded Activity Agreement (FAA) and will serve as the basis for the GCF to confirm the completion of the implementation of the Funded Activity.
The PCR is a comprehensive document that outlines the overall performance and outcomes of a project from its initiation to its conclusion. It serves as a summary of the project's objectives, activities, achievements, challenges faced, lessons learned, and recommendations for future projects.
The overall purpose of the PCR (final APR) is to capture learnings covering the total implementation period of the project, and to provide an objective account of the achievement of the Project/Programme objectives and an assessment of its results. It provides valuable insights for project stakeholders, funders, and team members, helping to evaluate the project's success and inform future decision-making and planning.
