Following approval of a readiness request, legal arrangements are concluded in the form of a grant agreement with the grant recipient which includes and incorporates the Standard Conditions. This readiness grant agreement was signed between GCF and Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) for readiness activities in Vanuatu on 24 May 2016.
