Following approval of a readiness request, legal arrangements are concluded in the form of a grant agreement with the grant recipient which includes and incorporates the Standard Conditions. This readiness grant agreement was signed between GCF and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) for readiness activities in Gabon on 20 September 2016.
