The objective of the proposed project is to strengthen Government of Côte d’Ivoire’s (GoCI) capacity to integrate climate change adaptation into national and sectoral planning processes. It will assist the GoCI in preparing a framework for climate change adaptation (“NAP framework”), improving domestic research and assessment capacity, and fostering the environment for private sector investment in CCA.
