The CNCAS is an agricultural bank specialized in the financing of agricultural investments and support to production. It constitutes an important financial instrument for the socio-economic transformation of rural areas, in particular for the fight against poverty. Access to the Green Climate Fund is an opportunity for the CNCAS to strengthen its funding envelope and develop its portfolio of investments in climate smart activities. This readiness support will target the assessment of gaps and will therefore enable CNCAS to better carry out corrective measures through a clear action plan for accreditation.
