This proposal will enhance the technical, institutional and operational capacity of Pacific Direct Access Entities (DAEs)  to better support the Pacific SIDS in meeting their climate ambitions through (i) strengthened DAE policies, procedures and systems supporting project development and implementation; (ii) mechanisms to increase the Pacific’s rate of success in concept note and project approvals; (iii) improved engagement with the private sector and; (iv) strengthened regional coordination, systems and processes.
