Dear Earth,

Every day around the world, countless innovators and entrepreneurs are fighting for you. Yet too many voices are still not being heard. We have to change the conversation around climate change and tech energy. 700 million people still have no access to energy, and how they get that energy really matters.

At Acumen, we have been investing in businesses serving the hardest-to-reach, providing off-grid, clean solar electricity to communities that have been overlooked and underestimated, so that we can help build a future that is more resilient, more adaptable, and less fragile. A future for the next generation to inherit, in which everybody matters, and in which the Earth itself can sustain long into the future, and so that we can ultimately be fantastic ancestors for those who come ahead.
