A total of 30 countries and 1 region (Wallonia of Belgium) have made a pledge to the Green Climate Fund (GCF) for its First Replenishment (GCF-1) period, including 2 representing developing countries (Indonesia and Republic of Korea). The objective is for all pledges to be converted into contribution agreements within one year from the time at which they are made.
