The proposal is based on the progress achieved under the first GCF Readiness grant, particularly on the discussions to develop a tracking, monitoring and streamlining system for climate finance in the RNM and on the development of a National Coordination Mechanism on GCF and other climate finance matters and the prioritization procedure for GCF proposals in the country.
