The Sustainable Urban Transport project is envisioned to reduce the growth rate of the associated greenhouse gas (GHG) and air pollutant emissions from the transport sector while enhancing sustainable mobility through the development of a viable market for the sustainable transport of goods and services. The proposed project will be implemented through an inter-agency approach involving the Department of Transportation (DoTr) and the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), among other stakeholders, with Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) taking the lead as the primary executing entity.
