GCF regional workshop for Direct Access Entities in Africa

This regional workshop will provide an opportunity for GCF Direct Access Entities (DAEs) in Africa to advance discussions with the GCF Secretariat about their planned project/programme pipeline development, with a view to ensuring progress and triggering relevant action in advance of the turn of the year. The workshop will be organized virtually. It will provide short informative plenary sessions that will identify specific areas for strengthening proposals and information on accessing available GCF proposal development resources. 

The plenary sessions will be followed by breakout bilateral sessions, providing real time access to GCF specialists. Bilateral sessions will be confirmed with participants in advance of the workshop and may be scheduled in alternative dates to best suit the availability of the DAEs.
