The audited financial statements of the Green Climate Fund for the year ended 31 December 2022 are submitted for Board approval.

The external audit of the 2022 GCF financial statements was undertaken by Nexia Samduk from April to June 2023. The draft External Auditor’s report states:

“In our opinion, the accompanying financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Fund as of 31st December 2022 and 2021, and its financial performance and its cash flow for the year then ended in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards("IFRS").”
