The fortieth meeting of the Board of the Green Climate Fund (B.40) will be held from Monday, 21 October to Thursday, 24 October 2024 at the IBS Tower (main venue for the Board) and G-Tower (main venue for the Observers), Incheon, Republic of Korea. The meeting will be held daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Korea Standard Time (KST)

Constituency meetings and meetings of Board committees, panels, and groups are planned for Saturday, 19 October. An informal meeting of the Board and continuation of meetings of Board committees, panels, and groups will be held on Sunday, 20 October.

Technical sessions on funding proposals and accreditation proposals open to active observers will take place virtually in advance of B.40, the details of which will be provided in due course.

The online registration system (ORS) for Board members, alternate members, and advisers and representatives from accredited observer organizations, accredited entities, and national designated authorities will be open from Wednesday, 11 September 2024 at 9:00 KST and will close on Friday, 27 September 2024 at 23:00 KST. All participants from these groups must register through the ORS.
