B.40/03: Report on the activities of the Co-Chairs

The Board, having considered document GCF/B.40/13 titled “Co-Chairs proposal on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of Board Committees”:

1. Adopts the updated “General guidelines for the operation of Board committees”, as set out in annex I;
2. Requests the incoming Co-Chairs, with the support of the Secretariat, to continue to consult with the Board and present proposals to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Board committees, including through consideration of issues related to committee structure; and
3. Also requests the Secretariat to update the terms of reference of Board committees as may be necessary to reflect the updated guidelines referred to in paragraph (a).
