Since its introduction in January 2021, the GCF Secretariat has utilized the Portfolio Performance Management System (PPMS) to streamline interactions with key partners, including Accredited Entities (AEs), Delivery Partners (DPs), and National Designated Authorities (NDAs). The PPMS serves as a centralized platform for submitting various reports, such as Annual Performance Reports (APRs), disbursement requests, and amendment requests for Funded Activities, Readiness Activities, as well as the Project Preparation Facility. In addition to digitalizing project/programme performance reporting and disbursement requests, the system allows partners to track the status of GCF’s review of their submissions and requests in real time.

In this regard, we are pleased to cordially invite you, our partners and colleagues involved in APR submissions, to a webinar on 13 December 2024. The agenda will mainly focus on updates and changes to the PPMS’ APR CY2024 reporting form including the addition of country-disaggregated requirements for multi-country projects and programmes, sub-project information, and compliance status with covenants. We would also like to address any and all challenges encountered in the PPMS by AEs during previous APR reporting cycles. We will also address any challenges faced by AEs in previous APR reporting cycles, outlining the steps taken to resolve these issues for the upcoming reporting cycle.
