This document reports on the status of the selection of Board members for the third term of Board membership to the GCF, in accordance with paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the Governing Instrument for the GCF on the composition of the Board, the selection of Board members and the initial term of membership as well as paragraphs 3, 4 and 6 of the Rules of Procedure of the Board.
