The audited financial statements of the Green Climate Fund for the year ended 31 December 2017 are submitted for Board approval.

The external audit of the 2017 GCF Financial Statements was undertaken by Daemyung Grant Thornton during April and May 2018. The draft Independent Auditor’s report states: “In our opinion, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Fund as of December 31, 2017 and of its financial performance and its cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards."
