This addendum contains the following three parts:

• A funding proposal titled “Responding to the increasing risk of drought: building gender-responsive resilience of the most vulnerable communities” submitted by UNDP;
• A no-objection letter issued by the national designated authority or focal point; and
• Environmental and social report(s) disclosure.

The documents are presented as submitted by the accredited entity, and national designated authority or focal point, respectively.
