This document contains two items for approval by the Board: (a) The Agreement on the Terms and Conditions for the Administration of the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund between the Green Climate Fund and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, serving as the Interim Trustee of the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund; and (b) Amendment to the Transfer Agreement between the Interim Trustee and the UNFCCC Secretariat Acting as the Interim Secretariat for the Green Climate Fund.
