This document provides an overview of the Fund’s accreditation procedures for the participation of observers in Board proceedings. It also provides a description of the two accreditation rounds held so far. It reviews outreach practices currently in place that promote the participation of civil society, the private sector and international entities in Board proceedings. Finally, it highlights some possible next steps to strengthen the involvement of observers in the Fund’s activities.
