The purpose of this document is to provide the Board with elements for the operationalization of gender sensitivity in all the Fund’s activities, processes, and procedures. It is intended to inform the Board and provide a basis for discussion, so that the Secretariat can prepare a more elaborate document and draft guiding principles for consideration at the October 2014 Board meeting.
